My name is Mario, the founder of Froothie. But instead of talking about me, I want to write about the man behind what makes Froothie an obsession with our customers: our General Manager Francois.

Francois is someone I hold in high regard and for whom I have great respect. He is a dedicated family man who loves people and spends all his time helping others. I have made Francois our General Manager to ensure that these qualities are reflected in all aspects of our business.

Francois has led by example. For example, he has driven 10 hours on Christmas Eve to deliver parcels to customers, worked weekends or put in sleepless nights to give our customers a great experience without receiving any recognition for it.

In my opinion, it's better for Francois to take this position than for a celebrity or influencer to be the face of Froothie. My goal is to continue to incorporate Francois' love of helping people into Froothie. So far, this has been the best decision I have made in my business.
