At Froothie, we guarantee your satisfaction by offering a 30-day money-back guarantee on our quality products.
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their experience and with their purchase.
We encourage our customers to try the devices at home or in their business. This 30-day trial period demonstrates our confidence in the full Optimum product line.
If you buy a high-quality device and within 30 days find that it does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us.* (The customer pays the shipping costs.)
Returns must be sent to us within 5 days. Otherwise, we cannot accept the return under the 30-day money-back guarantee. If you cannot meet this 5-day deadline for a valid reason, please contact us.
Once the returned device has arrived at our warehouse, it takes 5–10 business days to check it for completeness and cleanliness. After that, the full purchase amount will be refunded within 5–10 business days.

We will then inform you to which address the device must be returned.
*If you received a free gift with your purchase, it must also be returned to receive a full refund.
Terms and conditions
Froothie offers this deal to customers under the following conditions:
- This offer is only valid for new customers and applies to the first purchase of one device (not multiple).
- The offer is non-transferable to product changes or upgrades after purchase.
- For further purchases, the 14-day EU withdrawal right applies, provided the product is returned unused and in original packaging.
- For hygienic reasons, the 30-day money-back guarantee in Europe does not apply to certain product categories, especially the Optimum 600M juicer, because we have often found that returned devices are not properly cleaned. These products can only be returned if they are unused, in original packaging and sealed.
IMPORTANT: All original packaging, including the brown shipping box, must be kept to claim this warranty.
Froothie does not provide replacement packaging if it has been discarded or damaged. If the original packaging has been discarded, the customer must arrange suitable packaging to return without damage.
Returns without original packaging can still be accepted, but a processing fee of €25 + the cost of a new original packaging will be charged.
The device must:
- Clean and free of scratches, dents, or stains
- Thoroughly cleaned, without food residues
(If necessary, we charge €30–€80 for cleaning. Don't worry: if the device is properly cleaned, you pay nothing extra.) - No cosmetic damage (such as discoloration from herbs/spices or use of abrasive cleaning agents)
- Fully functional, not damaged or modified
Damaged devices are not accepted and not refunded.
€19 return fee will be charged for products in poor condition. This must be paid in advance and is non-refundable.
Products must be returned complete and with all accessories.
If parts are missing (such as a blender without tamper or lid), the value of the missing part (according to our website) will be deducted from the refund amount.
Froothie does not accept parts sent later, even if the customer offers to pay the postage.
Spare parts and accessories are not covered by the 30-day warranty. They can only be returned within the 14-day EU law, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
Our return service centers are located in Bulgaria and Poland.
This warranty is non-transferable.
If any provision conflicts with consumer law, the rest of the terms remain valid.
By using this warranty and purchasing a product that falls under it, the customer automatically agrees to these terms. Once the product is received in good condition, the refund will be made excluding shipping costs.
